Introduction

This is a mix I made to increase my protein. It is a great snack for people that need extra protein without extra sugar.Using unsalted nuts will decrease sodium levels. Ingredients

    Dried Cherries, 1/4 cup
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened, 1/4 cup
    Raisins Golden seedless, 1/4 cup
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 1/4 cup
    Almonds whole, salted, 1/4 cup
    Pumpkin Seeds, salted, 1/4 cup
    Cashew Nuts, oil roasted, salted, 1/4 cup
    Pistachio Nuts, 1/2 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Keep mixture in air tight container to keep mixture fresh.
