Ingredients

    Butter flavor cooking spray
    16 oz can unsweetened pumpkin
    18 packets Stevia sweetener(with fiber)
    2 Tbs Butter
    2 Tsp Vanilla extract
    1 Can Carnation evaporated low fat milk
    1/2 C bisquick heart Healthy
    2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 large eggs

Directions

1) preheat oven to 350. Coat 9" pie pate with cooking spray
2)In large bowl whip eggs and combine all ingredients. Mix for about 2 minutes with electric mixer
3)Pour into pie plate and bake for about 50 minutes until puffed and set.
4) Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve cut into 12 pieces
