From Taste of Home Everyday Light Meals, we tried it and LOVED it!!! the recipe called for Teriyaki sauce rather than soy sauce, and hot pepper sauce, if you would like to add them the Teriyaki sauce is 3 Tablespoons, and the hot pepper sauce is 1/4 teaspoon.

Ingredients

    -*White Rice, medium grain, 3 cup
    -Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    -*Canola Oil, 2 1tsp
    -Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    -Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 3 tbsp
    -Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    -Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed
    -Salt, .25 tsp
    -Peas, frozen, 2 cup

Directions

-In a nonstick skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add ginger and garlic; saute 1 minute longer. Add Soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and salt; simmer. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add rice and thawed peas; cook and stir over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Serving size is 3/4 cup
