Ingredients

    4-6 large tomatoes
    1-2 cups of water
    Olive Oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 large green onion, chopped
1 large summer squash (yellow), chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
    Oregano
    Parmesan cheese
    Italian seasoning
    Onion powder
    Garlic powder
    Basil
    Lemon pepper
    2 lbs of ground turkey
    1 lb of spaghetti

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add tomatoes and cook until skin splits and tomatoes are soft (15-20 minutes). Drain and rinse in cold water. Remove skins and return tomatoes to the pot and mash them. Add 1 to 2 cups of water. Cover and simmer on low heat.

2. Meanwhile, spray or cover a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Saute garlic, onions, squash, green and red bell peppers and mushrooms. Slowly cook and stir for 5 to 7 minutes.

3. Stir vegetables into tomato sauce. Sprinkle each seasoning in sauce three times. Do this by sprinkling to cover layer. Stir into sauce, repeat twice.

4. Brown meat in large skillet and add lemon pepper, garlic and onion powder only. Repeat sprinkle process as with sauce.

5. Boil spaghetti in large pot.

6. Drain meat. Stir into sauce.

7. Rinse and drain spaghetti. Stir into sauce.

* If you want to make the sauce thicker, you can add tomato paste. To keep this all natural, add more tomatoes.
