Introduction

This makes a quick, easy, and tasty breakfast. You can get the calories under 400 by omitting the extra rolled oats or flax, if you like. I like to eat this on a day I know I'll be out and might miss my morning snack. This makes a quick, easy, and tasty breakfast. Actually, I went ahead and shared the recipe before I ate these for the first time (wanted to use a recipe for nutrition info on SP). If you're using steel cut oats, they need more milk, maybe another 2 T. Otherwise, they're almost too chewy. Thanks for the review!
