Ingredients

    2 cloves garlic
    1 Scallions
    1 Roma tomatoes sliced
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp Extra virgin Olive oil
    1 cup Sour cream
    1 cup Heavy whipping cream
    2 oz tomato paste
    Pasta, Halibut, or Chicken

    Dry Spices

    1 tbs. Italian seasoning
    Dill if used to top fish
    Paprika if used for chicken
    .5 tbs. Ground dried Chili’s
    1 tsp. salt

Directions

Mix Garlic, scallions, and oil, sauté until Garlic is tender Add seasonings and bring to a simmer, add sliced tomatoes heat on medium heat for 2 min. than add sour cream and heavy whipping cream and Parmesan and simmer for 10 min., stir frequently add tomato paste to color and flavor -if to sweet add salt. Cook pasta add sauce and serve.

Serve sauce over chicken, fish and/or cooked pasta
