    Ingredients:
    Beef, round steak, 1 lb (remove)
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, .3 cup (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    *Bell pepper, red, 148 gram(s) (remove)
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 2 serving (remove)
    *shallot, 4 tbsp (remove)


Directions

mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and garlic.Cut steak into strips (or buy a package of pre cut steak strips), and put into liquid. Set aside
Cut peppers into strips and sautee. Add chopped shallot as peppers are almost done. place veggies aside
Take steak out of marinade and cook. Add veggies, rest of marinade liquid and simmer for a few minutes. Serve with brown rice.
