Ingredients

4 oz dry or 8 oz cooked spaghetti noodles
.5 tablespoon butter
1 egg
8 oz. lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green sweet pepper
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
nonstick cooking spray
1 cup low fat ricotta
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
Directions
1. Cook spaghetti for time on package. Drain well. Return to warm saucepan. Stir butter into hot pasta until melted. Stir in egg.
2. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet cook ground beef, onion and sweet pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain fat. Stir in marinara sauce. Heat through.
3. Spray a 9 inch pie plate with nonstick coating. Press spaghetti mixture onto bottom and up sides of pie plate, forming a crust. Spread ricotta cheese on bottom and sides of crust. Spread meat mixture over ricotta cheese. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
