Ingredients:
Honeysuckle Ground Turkey 97 Lean Ground, 16 oz
Bagel Thins, Thomas, Plain, one bagel thin, 4 serving
Neufatchel Cheese, 4 oz
Fresh jalepenos, 20 Slices
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 slice, medium (1/4" thick)
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded or chopped
Kraft Sandwich Shop Mayo Chipotle, 4 tbsp
Directions
*Take 2 oz of the ground turkey and make it into a thin patty (make 8).
*Take one oz of the cheese and put on top of half (4) of the patties, then top cheese with 5 jalepeno slices.
*Take un-topped pattiesand place on top of the jalepeno slices
*Close edges tightly to make 4 stuffed patties, cook until burger until turkey is done (the cheese will be melted slightly, and probably coming out the sides)
*Meanwhile, toast bagel thins and put on the mayo
*When burgers are done put on to the thin and top with additional toppings
Be careful when you take the first couple of bites- the cheese will be hot.
