Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Raw Oats - 2/3 cup
    2 cups water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 small ripe banana cut up
    1/4 cup walnut crumbs
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground flax seeds

Directions

Add all ingredients except the flax as the oatmeal cooks
cook for approximately 8 minutes
Add flax and small amount of milk
add brown sugar (optional)

    pretty much the way i do it and it's amazing, but i add 1tbsp brown (or raw) sugar first and caramalize the bananas in it then add the oats and water - 4/8/11

    what about the calories for the half banana, the flaxseed, ground, the milk and the brown sugar, Calories is for 1/2 package of instant oatmeal. confused - 11/17/11
