what about the calories for the half banana, the flaxseed, ground, the milk and the brown sugar, Calories is for 1/2 package of instant oatmeal. confused
pretty much the way i do it and it's amazing, but i add 1tbsp brown (or raw) sugar first and caramalize the bananas in it then add the oats and water
