Introduction

I "invented" this recipe in an attempt to use up some leftover roast beef and it turned out pretty good. Kinda makes me wish I had some more leftover roast beef in the fridge. Ingredients

    10 oz thin sliced roast beef - sliced into bite size pieces
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix - the just add water kind
    1 large can mushrooms
    1 small can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 pkg. of egg noodles

Directions

Cook egg noodles. Make brown gravy according to pkg directions. Add sliced roast beef and mushrooms. Stir to coat. Add soup to noodles and mix well. Combine all ingredients. mix well and serve.

This is wonderfull topped with a dollop of sour cream and some french fried onions.
