Introduction

I worked to combine 2 different recipes so added everything except the horseradish and hot mustard. I then added the horseradish to one dish and the hot mustard to the other. Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, cooked, bones and skin removed, chopped
    2 cups raw celery chopped
    1/4 medium onion chopped
    8 small Gherkin sweet pickles chopped
    5 sprigs fresh dill weed chopped
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 cup Kraft Fat Free Mayonnaise
    1 tsp Colman's Dry English Mustard
    1.5 tbsp horseradish

Directions

Cook the chicken breast. Remove, de-bone and chop. Place in bowl. Add all ingredients except mustard and horseradish.

If you double the mustard portion and use only that, you're looking at 129.2 calories per serving. If you double the horseradish portion and use only that, you'll have 116.9 calories per serving.
