    2 cups White Grape Juice
    3 frozen overripe bananas
    1/2 cup raw pureed carrots, frozen
    1 cup Rader Farms Frozen Three Berry Mix
    4 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 cup plain low fat yogurt

Directions
