Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Fresh or frozen green beans 3 cups
    Campbell's Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom soup 1 can
    Skim Milk 4 oz
    Medium onion 1
    Soy Sauce 1 tsp
    Pepper dash

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
If using fresh green beans, boil for 12 minutes, if using frozen, defrost
Saute onion in cooking spray
Mix all ingredients well in 8-10 inch casserole dish
Bake for 25 minutes
Enjoy!!
Makes approx 4 servings and is a great alternative to the traditional casserole minus the deep fried onions
