    1 15oz can White Beans
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tbsp. Smart Balance, melted
    1 Tbs. Vanilla
    1/4 cup low fat cream cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    zest of one orange
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1.5 cups grated carrots
    1/4 cup of nonfat powdered milk


Mix all ingredients in food processor.

Pour into sprayed 8x8 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min
