Introduction

I use a variety of fresh and/or frozen fruit in this recipe. Sometimes I use 1/2 C of frozen fruit and half a banana. I also vary the sweetener - sometimes I use maple syrup, agave nectar, or Splenda in place of the honey. Using the thick Greek yogurt results in a super-creamy smoothie. Ingredients

    4 oz (1/2 C) plain Greek yogurt
    1/2 C skim milk
    1 C frozen mixed fruit
    1/2 Tbsp honey

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth, 30-60 seconds.
Makes 1, 16 oz serving.
