Introduction

Melted cheddar on english muffin, topped with bacon bits and tomato slices DELICIOUS!!! Melted cheddar on english muffin, topped with bacon bits and tomato slices DELICIOUS!!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 english muffins, split and toasted
    6 oz.mild cheddar cheese (block)
    6 tbsp bacon bits
    6 tbsp margarine
    12 slices fresh tomato

Directions

Toast the english muffins lightly, then spread margarine on each half. Add 1/8" slices of mild cheddar to the top, making sure to not let it extend over the sides. Place in oven on broil until the cheese has melted. Shake bacon bits onto the melted cheese, then top with a tomato slice.
Makes 6 servings.
