This is a great, easy and fast meal. For those that are restricting salt intake, we can easily substitute no salt added beans and low-sodium salsa! - 8/27/12

Though it might taste great, half of your daily recommended intake of sodium in a type of condiment just doesn't seem worth it. - 7/8/09

i eat this almost every day now. it's so easy to pre-make so whenever i'm running out the door for work i just grab a tupperware full. or if i can't figure out what i want to eat and i'm starving, it's there waiting :) love this! - 7/5/09

unfortunately the recipe didn't specify that CANNED black beans needed to be used. i found this out after using the dry kind. was very disappointed, but hope to try again after correcting the mistake. - 6/22/09
