Ingredients

    Mix together:
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt

    In another bowl
    2 eggs
    1.5 cups of milk
    vanilla to taste
    cinnamon
    Beat the wet ingredients till frothy and slowly mix into dry.

    Using butter on the waffle iron cook the waffles.
