Introduction

Ingredients

    1 (2oz) pkg Beef lunchmeat
    1/4 c butter
    1/4 c flour
    2 c milk
    1/8 t pepper

Directions

Cut beef into ribbons or pieces. Set aside. Mix flour and pepper together, set aside. Melt the butter in a 10"-12" skillet on medium heat. Mix in flour and pepper mixture with a whisk or fork. SLOWLY add milk, mixing constantly. Bring to a simmer and add beef; simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve over buttered toast.

Makes (4) 1 slice toast servings w/ 2/3 c gravy topping.

**NOTE: We still use Whole milk w/ Vitamin D since there are still little ones in the house, but feel free to substitute any of the ingredients listed to low-fat/low-cal alternatives.
