Ingredients

    2 large sweet potatoes
    3 Tbsp Canola oil
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel and wash sweet potatoes.
Cut potatoes into spears.
Put potato pieces in a large mixing bowl.
Add all the ingredients in the bowl with the potatoes and stir with a wooden spoon until evenly coated.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet, lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, turning once. If the potatoes are still a little mushy, cook them for another 5-10 minutes.

(((I Googled recipes before I made my own batch. They all had different spices and seasonings. I just picked the spices that I thought would taste best. So feel free to improvise.)))
