Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp Canola oil
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel and wash sweet potatoes.
Cut potatoes into spears.
Put potato pieces in a large mixing bowl.
Add all the ingredients in the bowl with the potatoes and stir with a wooden spoon until evenly coated.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet, lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, turning once. If the potatoes are still a little mushy, cook them for another 5-10 minutes.
