Ingredients

    1 28 oz can tomatoes (no salt)
    4 tblspoons tomatoe paste (no name - least sodium)
    2 tblsp minced garlic
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tspn fresh chopped rosemary
    1 tsp dried basil
    10 leaves fresh spinach
    4 tblsp evaporated milk
    2 tspn olive oil
    1 can Blue Menu Roasted Red Pepper &Tomato Soup
    1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Spicy

    heat olive oil in large saucepan, saute onion, garlic, celery til soft
    Add all other ingredients except evaporated milk, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 mins
    Stir in evaporated milk, simmer 2 mins & serve
