    *Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat, 16 oz (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)
    Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)


In a large pot, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and cook 5 minutes more. Season with salt, pepper, basil and oregano to taste.

In a small food processor, puree carrot, celery, garlic and olive oil. You may need to add a few of the canned tomatoes to add moisture to make pureeing easier. Add this mixture along with the canned mushrooms to the beef and onions.

Add tomatoes, tomato soup and tomato paste and stir to combine. Adjust seasonings. Let simmer on low for an hour. Serve over whole wheat spaghetti. :)
