1 15 oz Can Pure Pumpkin
2 TBS Ground Flax Seed (optional)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together all ingredients in large bowl.
Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake 18-20 mins, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
