Ingredients

    1/2 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
    3 medium zuchini, sliced, then quarter the slices
    2 tbsp. butter
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing

Directions

Boil cauliflower and zuchini until tender, then drain. Mix all ingredients. Put in casserole dish sprayed with Pam and bake at 350 until heated through, about 30 minutes.

Makes about 10 half cup servings.
