Introduction

Ingredients

    Contents =
    15 oz can of pure pumpkin
    3/4 Cup of Splenda
    12 oz can of fat free evaporated milk
    1/2 Cup of fat free liquid egg substitute, like Egg Beaters
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (I increase this slightly for flavor)


Directions

Mix incredients together in bowl and mix thoroughly. Place in 8x8 baking dish that has been sprayed lightly with nonstick spray. Bake for 45 minuts. (It will remain a little soft, like the filling in pumpkin pie.) Can be served hot or cold. It holds together better when chilled. Cut into 9 servings.
