    1 can sliced carrots w/canning liquids
    1 can sweet peas, drained
    4 Tbsp light butter or marg
    2 Tbsp honey
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp brown sugar splenda blend

Directions

Put all ingredients in pan....heat till warm
