Ingredients

    1/2 cup roasted red peppers (4oz)
    6 sun dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained
    1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
    1 T Olive Oil
    1/2 tsp honey
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1/4 tsp minced thyme
    1/8-1/4 orange zest
    dash black pepper

    blend all ingredients in blender. yeilds 1.5 cups
