Introduction

This isn't your Mother's recipe for left over turkey, it's WAY better! This is GREAT for using up left over turkey
I used fat free cheddar cheese (Lifetime) which is not in the Spark Database, I used low fat mayonnaise, my home made sugar and salt free salsa so the nutrition information for this recipe is way off but I had to use what was in the Spark Data base.

There is NO INGREDIENT CALLED PLAIN REAL TURKEY BREAST MEAT. This recipe uses 2 cups cooked REAL TURKEY MEAT

NOTE THIS RECIPE USES SLICED BLACK OLIVES, WHICH IS NOT IN THE SPARK DATABASE
Also whatever flour tortillas and picante sauce you want to use.

Ingredients

    1 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
    1/4 cup salsa
    10 jumbo Black Olives
    3/4 cup, diced Celery
    1/2 cup, chopped Onions
    6 whole wheat tortillas, medium (45g)
    8 tbsp Mayonnaise
    2 CUPS COOKED TURKEY MEAT

I give up on SparkPeople ingredients, can't find what this recipe calls for.


Directions

Heat oven to 350

In medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, onion, black olives and cheese. In another bowl, whisk together salad dressing and picante sauce.

Pour sauce over turkey mixture; blend well.

Spoon filling onto tortillas; wrap burrito-style.

Heat in 13 x 9 inch baking pan 20 minutes or until thoroughly warmed.
