Introduction

Quick, Spicy and Good Quick, Spicy and Good
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Flank Steak
    2 tblsp cornstarch
    2 tblsp flour

    2 cups asparagus cut into 1-2 inch pieces
    1 cup mushrooms diced

    2 cloves garlic diced into tiny pieces
    3 tbsp scallions chopped
    1 tblspn ginger diced into tiny pieces

    4 tbsp lite soy sauce
    3 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp red pepper (or to taste)
    1 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
    1 tsp ginger

Directions

slice steak and toss with flour and cornstarch

mix last 6 ingredients into a sauce for later

Heat Wok or Pan, spray w/ pam and cook ginger, garlic and scallions until little brown
add meat and cook almost all the way
add vegetables and sauce
stir until done

Serve over brown rice for a healthy dinner.
If you chop the mushrooms real fine kids won't even know they are there. Red Peppers or Brocolli can be used instead of asparagus.
