Introduction

The BEST taco Soup! The BEST taco Soup!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound hamburger/chicken
1 can of corn (no salt added)
1 can of tomato sauce based beans
    1 can of tomato soup
    1 can of water
1/2 packet of taco seasoning (optional-not in final calories)
    1 can of rotel peppers

Directions

Makes 8 1 cup servings (very filling)

Brown the hamburger then add all of the ingredients and warm on stove/microwave until it is warm enough for your liking.

May serve with chips, cheese, sour cream, etc.

For a thicker soup, drain the water from the corn and do not add a full can of water. You can add any ingredients you like. I love this (got it from Pampered Chef). Add low sodium if you are on the diet like me.

Don't forget to drain your hamburger grease! Run that hamburger under hot water to remove excess grease!
