    -8c water
    -1 small onion, chopped
    -1 10oz can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Habaneros
    -1lb ground Turkey
    -2 3/4c uncooked instant brown rice, divided
    -1TBS garlic powder
    -1TBS onion powder
    -1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    -salt & pepper
    -2 10.75oz cans Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup


Combine water, chopped onion and tomatoes in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile combine ground turkey, 3/4c of rice, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs. Drop meatballs into boiling mixture and let cook for 20minutes. Add the tomato soup and the remaining rice and let cook for an additional 10-20 minutes, or until soup reaches desired thickness.
