    6 Baby Red Potatoes
    Light Sour Cream
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Boil water. Cut Baby Red Potatoes in cubes, and boil until the potatoes slide off fork when poked. Drain Potatoes into a colander and rinse with cool water. Mash Potatoes, and add in other ingredients, mix, and serve!
