Ingredients

    slice apples, thin and put in large bowl
    add cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, to taste. Add honey and 6 tsp sugar, (hold rest for topping), place in glass baking dish.

    mix graham crackers, remaining brown sugar and melted butter till well mixed. sprinkle on top of apples.

    Bake in 400 degree oven until top is brown and moisture is bubbling. about 30 min.
