Introduction

A healthy shake that your kids will beg for! A healthy shake that your kids will beg for!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 oz. Yoplait lowfat strawberry yogurt
    1 medium banana, frozen
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1 Tbl. ground flaxseed
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup nonfat milk

Directions

Freeze a banana day before by unpeeling it and placing in baggie in freezer. Grind flaxseed in coffee grinder if using whole seeds. Place all ingredients in blender and puree. Easy! Makes 2 servings.
