Ingredients


    1C Thinly sliced celery
    ⅔ C Finely Diced Onion
    4 T Butter
    16 oz (2-8oz pkgs) of Fat Free Cream Cheese
    2 C Milk
    3 C Cubed Potatoes
    1 pound of frozen, cooked shrimp, thawed & drained
    4 T dry white wine
    1 t Salt

Directions

In a large stock pot saute celery and onions in butter.
Add cream cheese and milk; and stir over low heat until cream cheese is completely melted.
Add potatoes, shrimp, dry white wine and salt. Heat thorough, stirring occasionally and then serve.
