Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * *Raw Toor dal - 0.5 cup, 2 serving (remove)
    * *Jaggery (GUD), 56.5 gram(s) (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 0.125 cup (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 0.125 cup (remove)
    * *Butter - Ghee, 6 tsp (remove)
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *tumeric, .5 tbsp (remove)
    * *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 5 pepper (remove)
    * Ginger Root, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    * *Lemon Juice, .125 cup (remove)

Directions

First cook the dal in cooker for 45 minutes or in slow cooker for 4 hours on high.
Mix it or blend dal in mixie.
In large pan heat half of oil and ghee(butter) when it is heated add muster, cumin seeds(half). Clove and cinemon.
then add mixed dal and water about 3 cups.
Put all dry spices with chili and ginger in blender and blend them add about 3/4 of them to dal.
if dal is too thik add some more water.
On side in flour add oil and ghee, salt rest of the spices.
make dough.
make 8 parts of dough and roll it.
cut the rolled dough in small square pieces and add to dal.
let dough cook in dal for about 15 to 20 minutes.
add lemon juice and cilantro to it.
Eat warm
