This recipe came from my friend, Celeste Heldstab, in Louisiana. I calculated this using canned ham. If you use turkey or other ham, you'll need to recalculate the calories. Ingredients

    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 large baking potato, chopped
    2 10 ounce cans cream of celery soup
    2 cups diced, canned Royal ham (or use turkey)
    10 ounce pkg. frozen corn
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    2 cups small broccoli florets
    1/2 cup milk

Directions

Chop pepper and peel & dice potato. Combine with soup, ham, corn and thyme in crockpot. Stir. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Stir in broccoli and milk. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes until broccoli is tender.
