Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb hamburger, lean
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans kidney beans, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    1 28 oz can tomatos
    packet of taco seasoning

Directions

Use a 13" cast iron skillet. Brown hamburger with onion. Add kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil and then simmer until most of the liquid is gone. You can serve it now or top with corn bread batter and bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes at least 16 servings.
