16 oz fava beans (cooked)
1 onion (chopped)
1 tomato (diced)
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin (powder)
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
1 lemon, juice
salt
pepper
chili pepper (red)
pita bread (optional)
Directions
1 Pour the beans into a pot and bring to a boil.
2 Mix them well and add remaining.
3 Bring to a boil again, then reduce to medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes.
4 This dish is usually eaten with pita bread
