Ingredients

    1/2 cup panko chicken
    1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 boneless skinlees chicken breast halves-cut into bite sized pieces
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1/2tsp ground ginger
    1tbsp dijon mustard
    1.5 tbsp hoison sauce
    2tsp canola oil
    1.5tsp of low sodium soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
    8oz filed green salad mix

Directions

Combine panko, salt, chili powder and pepper. Coat chicken. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20min, turning once.
Combine next 7 ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth.
Combine tomatoes and salad. Toss with dressing top with chicken.
4servings-1cup salad and 1 cup chicken.
