Ingredients

    1 pkg kraft homestyle mac and cheese
    1/2 c skim milk
    2 TBSP country crock light
    2 TBSP buffalo sauce
    1/2 frozen box of pureed squash, thawed
    3.5 oz of cooked chicken breast, diced small
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Make mac and cheese following pkg instructions- sub skim milk and light margarine. mix in pureed squash and buffalo sauce. Toss in chicken. place in casserole dish and top with cheese and breadcrumb mixture from the pkg. Bake and eat.
