Introduction
This is just something I put together with ingredients that I had on hand and wanted to try to do it up light. This is just something I put together with ingredients that I had on hand and wanted to try to do it up light.Number of Servings: 9
Ingredients

4 Apples, cubed
1 C Cranberries
1 C Oatmeal
1/2 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/4 C Lemon Juice
1/2 C Pecans(Optional or change for other nut)
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
pecans are included in the nutritional information
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 degreee, and back for about 40 minutes or until the apples are done to your liking.
Core apples and cut up in cubes, place them in a 10 in deep dish pan(or pie plate), pour lemon juice over the apples, mix oatmeal, brown sugar, pecans, pour evenly over the apples.
This should make 9-4 oz servings.
