4 tablespoons of Red Monkey Stone Ground Spicy Mustard Seasoning (separated)

    1 cup apple cider vinegar

    ½ cup honey

    2 pounds of chicken breast

    ½ cup olive oil

    ½ cup ketchup

    1 tablespoon of adobo sauce

    1 tablespoon of dark molasses

    12 to 14 skewers

Combine 3 tablespoons of Red Monkey Stone Ground Spicy Mustard seasoning with cider vinegar and honey for a marinade. Cut chicken into long strips, about 5 to 7 per chicken breast. In a Ziploc bag add chicken and marinade and let marinate for 30 minutes to one hour. Meanwhile soak wood skewers in a pan of water. Drain chicken and discard marinade; drain skewers. Put chicken pieces onto the skewers and drizzle with olive oil.
