Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef; browned, crumbled & drained
    10 oz (reg can) rotel tomatoes
    16 oz (reg can) diced tomatoes
    28 oz (lg can) dark red kidney beans
    16 oz (reg can) red beans
    32 oz tomatoe or V8 juice
    Chilli seasoning, if desired
    cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper, if desired
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large kettle or crock pot. Heat untile hot and bubbly (or desired temperature).
