Ingredients

    3 C Milk
    2 C Chicken Broth
    12 oz MGD 64 Beer
    2.1 oz Bacon, finely chopped
    3 T Flour
    1 C Onions finely chopped
    1/2 C Celery finely chopped
    1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
    3 dashes Sriracha (or tabasco)
    Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook chopped bacon until slightly crispy. Add chopped celery and onions- cook until onions are translucent. Sprinkle in flour a little at a time, stirring constantly. Add Milk and chicken broth, bring to a boil. Simmer for fifteen minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in cheese, beer, Worchestershire, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
