Ingredients

    1 bag coleslaw mix
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 T olive oil
    2 small potatoes

Directions

Saute onion and potatoes in oil until potatoes start to soften and onions are translucent. Then add cabbage and curry powder to taste. Saute until potatoes are done.
