    1 bag coleslaw mix
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 T olive oil
    2 small potatoes


Saute onion and potatoes in oil until potatoes start to soften and onions are translucent. Then add cabbage and curry powder to taste. Saute until potatoes are done.
