    Stewing Beef steak, 450 grams
    2 Onions, raw, 226.8 grams 8oz
    2 Leeks, 198.4 grams 7oz
    2 Parsnips, 113.4 grams 4oz
    Chopped Tomatoes Napolina 400g can,
    Bisto rich & roasted beef gravy, 30 gram 6tsp
    Sage, ground, 2 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 2 tsp
    Olive oil Napolina light & Mild, 2 tbsp

Directions

Fry chopped onion. Add meat diced. Fry for 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients with gravy mad eup to 12 fl oz. Put in casserole dish and bake in oven for 2.30 to 3 hours.
