Introduction
Veggie Omelet I made during my nine day detox (Fat Smash Diet)I for one am not used to this no meat with my meals life style but I am determined to complete this nine day detox. So I have had to get real creative in the kitchen.
When I first made this recipe I used seasoned salt but I used a salt substitute because the amount of sodium in1/4 tsp was just way too much.

Ingredients

2 Morning Star Veggie Bacon Strips
0.5 cup of mushroom pieces
6 fresh spinach leaves
1.4 tsp Mrs Dash Table Blend
6TBSP of Liquid Egg Whites
Dash of Minced Onion
Directions
Remove 2 veggie Bacon Strips and place in paper towel microwave as directed I only had the stips in the microwave for a minute.
Rinse Spinach and Mushroom towel dry and dice to small pieces
Mix Egg Whites, Minced Onions, mushrooms, spinach, and Mrs Dash in a bowl.
Remove veggie bacon from the microwave, Blot with Paper towels then crumple into egg mix.
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
Spray pan with Olive oil set eye of stove on low and por mixture into the pan.
Proceed to cook until omelet is cooked on bot sides and no longer runny.
